Birthday banner

Hello there, welcome back.  We are having a beautiful Sunday here, the sun is shining and it's a balmy 21C degrees right now.  I got really tired from yard work yesterday so stayed indoor to play with my stamping supplies.  Made a birthday card for two challenges, Die Cut Diva's April challenge and CAS-ual Friday's CFC99 Birthday Bash challenge.

I want to put HB2U for Happy Birthday To You on the banner, but the Hero Arts Fancy Alphabet Uppercase Die does not have numbers.  So I used the whole word 'To' instead.  Background stamp is Hero Arts Happy Definition, ink is Wet Cement (HA Shadow Mid-Tone).  The banners are first pierced then hand-stitched with white embroidery floss.  Pattern paper is from Basicgrey Picadilly 6x6 pad.

Thanks for stopping by.  Bye for now.

What a fun banner, Cindy! I think Hero Arts should come out with some number dies, don't you?

What a fun banner! I didn't realize the HA dies are just alphas, but the way you die cut the "to" was very clever. I love the stamping in the background, too! Thanks for joining us for the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge!
