Flower birthday

Hello all:

Today I am playing for

A Blog Name Hero - Challenge #37: Flowers and

Hero Arts Birthday Challenge (Floral birthday cards category).

The larger flower was made when I participated in a 90 minute scramble challenge at the Hero Arts Flickr group a couple weeks ago but didn't used.  I have been wanting to put it on a card, so these challenges are perfect for it.  The finished card measures 6 x 3 7/8 inch.

Supplies:
Hero Arts - Small Striped Flower (CG256)
Hero Arts - Untitled Postmark (AC001)
Hero Arts - Frame Cut (DI001)
Hero Arts Shadow Ink (Butter Bar)
Range Distress Ink (Wild Honey, Peeled Paint)
Elizabeth Craft Designs Die - Triple Leaf Set
Liquid Pearl (White Opal)
BasicGrey - Hey Girl (6x6 paper pad)
various shades of green card stock
white card stock

Thanks for stopping by!

this is lovely!

Thank you for leaving a comment on our blog recently!

In answer to your question, there wasn't an announcement for challenge winners in November of 2013, because we didn't have any challenges, we hosted our month-long Christmas event in Novemeber :) (which we hope you enjoyed!)

Thanks again and thank you so much for your support of A Blog Named HEro!

This is beautiful! That flower has such fantastic dimension. I love how the edges are a softer color than towards the center.

Best crafty wishes!
